Random Employee Testing Program

Many employers conduct random drug and alcohol testing.
That's why most trucking companies find it more convenient and practical to be part of a Consortium/Third-Party Administrators (C/TPAs) like Labworks USA to manage all, or part, of an employer's DOT drug and alcohol testing program. We perform tasks as agreed to by the employer to assist in implementing the drug and alcohol testing program and to help keep the employer compliant with the DOT/FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Testing rules and regulations. We as a DOT Consortium can help you.

These non-DOT programs can be customized and managed by Labworks USA, with drug and alcohol testing available in all areas of the United States. All companies must have a drug and alcohol policy in place that meets their state and federal regulations before instating a testing program.

Why conduct Random DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing?

Here are just a few reasons. In most states having a company drug and alcohol testing program that meets that state's criteria will result in a discount in workman’s compensation insurance.

Some health insurance policies will have a discounted corporate rate for companies that have a drug and alcohol testing program in place. It saves lives and prevents injuries It helps employers identify workers with substance abuse issues and facilitate their treatment It allows employees to easily say no to illegal drug use. “No, thanks. They drug test at work.” It reduces employer liability
